Our Reach Team is a vital component of Crosstowne Church, and we invite you to learn more about how you can be a part of our volunteer team by joining us for our upcoming Growth Track 101: Discovering Church course.
Growth Track is designed to equip you to live life as a fully devoted follower of Christ by learning the essentials of our faith and discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose.
If you have questions about any of our Reach Teams listed below, please email our Volunteer Coordinator, DeAnna Brigman.
First Impressions Team
As the first face people will greet upon arrival, our greeters and parking lot attendants are some of the most friendly, energetic, welcoming, and intentional people we know!
This team creates an environment where children are consistently shown the love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our kids through worship, videos, teaching, crafts, and games. KidsTowne includes: The Park (Infant-2yo), The Clubhouse (3yo-5yo), and King Street (1st-5th grade).
This team welcomes families as they arrive to all of our kids areas and facilitates the check-in process, ensuring children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
This team creates a fun-filled environment for kids 3yo-7th grade and engages them in creative ways to memorize Bible verses, earn badges, engage in global missions, and learn about people in the Bible who did big things for God and how kids can too!
Join the team that is building up the next generation through relevant small groups, outreaches, and fun-filled events. Our student ministries include: MidTowne (6-8th grade) and Atoma (8th-12th grade).
Worship / Production
Through vocals, instruments, lighting and audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for all to encounter the presence of God, by creating a worshipful atmosphere for listeners to hear the Word of God.
This energetic team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee, a sweet breakfast treat, and a warm welcome. This ministry also enables our church to sponsor children through World Vision by donations for coffee and baked goods.
Guest Services / Resources
This team is the bridge between information and implementation by providing resources and details for all of our current events, ministries, small groups, and volunteer opportunities. They also provide gifts to all of our guests, making them feel welcomed, informed, and excited to return the next Sunday.
This team of trained intercessors prays over all of the services and ministries of the church, as well as, the needs of the congregation. Our Prayer Team prepares the way for God to move in the hearts of those seeking true transformation, healing, and love.
We believe real life-change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you would have an opportunity to connect with others, develop your gifts, as well as, encourage others to develop their gifts, and cultivate growth and true community.
Ushers / Offering
This team prepares our congregation for a positive worship experience by welcoming them, assisting people to their seat as needed, facilitating the offering, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
